- Temperature, (oral, skin, ear?)
- Heart rate in one minute
- Current medications
- Allergies to medications
- Surgeries
- Any and all Medical conditions you see a Doctor for
- Your pharmacy name and number
Dr. Kasper and his staff member will perform an evaluation and consultation for the patient. Following this, the best solution and guidance for the medical circumstance will be decided upon. Expect there to be a follow-up call to check on the patient the next day or next appointment made, if necessary.
